>Online
purchases from the Music Center may be returned within 10
business days of purchase for a full refund.
>All sales of
Closeout items and clearance items are final. NO RETURNS OR
EXCHANGES ON CLOSEOUT ITEMS.
>All returned
items must have the original receipt, all documentation,
packing, and must be in new condition. Open box returns or items
returned without the original box and all documentation will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be refused entirely based
upon the specific case.
>Online
purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit up to 10
business days from the date of the purchase.
>Purchases will
be refunded only to same card used on the purchase.
>NO REFUNDS ON MEDIA PRODUCTS, PRINTED MUSIC, OR SPECIAL ORDERS (an online customer will be notified if an order is out of stock and requires a special order. We abide by copyright laws on printed material.
>The Music
Center reserves the right to refuse return of any item if
damaged or shows any type of cosmetic flaw not present at the
time of the purchase.
*RESTRICTIONS:
Certain legal
and health restrictions, computer software (copyright
legislation mandates no returns on opened software), books,
videos, CDs, harmonicas, internal earphones, earplugs and
microphones are exempt from this policy. DJ cartridges, fog
fluid, musical instrument cleaning products, vintage items, demo
gear, opened strings, opened reed boxes and packages, recorders,
juice harps, kazoos, and tubes are also exempt as are any items
special ordered from a manufacturer for a specific customer. The
Music Center reserves to right to refuse any other product
item(s) (not listed herein) if determined to be restrictive
legally or to be health restrictive.
